Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before making a reservation or using any of our services at Chtaura Park Hotel. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or staying at our hotel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1.RESERVATION & BOOKING POLICY

All reservations at Chtaura Park Hotel are subject to availability and confirmed only upon receipt of a valid credit card or advance payment as required. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize credit cards prior to arrival.

Rates quoted are based on your period of stay and selected room type. Rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed by a written confirmation from the hotel. Rates quoted are in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

Special requests made during booking are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requests but reserve the right to provide alternative arrangements of equal value if necessary.

2.CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY

For standard reservations, cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled arrival date will not incur any charges. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay.

For group bookings, special events, or during peak seasons, specific cancellation policies will be communicated at the time of booking and will supersede the standard policy.

Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability. In the event of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the entire reserved stay or apply an early departure fee as deemed appropriate.

No-shows will be charged the full amount for the first night's accommodation and the remainder of the reservation will be cancelled.

3.CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and a valid credit card at check-in. The credit card holder must be one of the guests checking in.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in to guests who do not meet the required identification requirements or in cases where the credit card presented does not match the reservation details.

4.PAYMENT POLICY

The hotel accepts payments in cash (Lebanese Pounds and US Dollars), major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and bank transfers. All transactions will be processed in accordance with the local currency regulations.

Incidental charges and expenses incurred during your stay (such as dining, minibar, telephone calls, etc.) must be settled in full upon check-out unless prior arrangements have been made with the hotel management.

For group bookings and events, a deposit may be required at the time of booking, with the balance to be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.

5.CHILD & EXTRA PERSON POLICY

Children under 6 years of age can stay free of charge when sharing existing bedding with parents. Children aged 6 and above will be considered as extra persons.

Extra beds are available at an additional charge per night and must be requested at the time of booking. The number of extra beds permitted depends on the room type and is subject to availability.

Maximum occupancy limits are strictly enforced in accordance with safety regulations and cannot be exceeded under any circumstances.

6.GENERAL CONDUCT & PROPERTY RULES

Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times and to respect the privacy and comfort of other guests. Excessive noise, disruptive behavior, or any activities that disturb other guests are not permitted.

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas including guest rooms, restaurants, and public spaces except in designated smoking areas. A cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-smoking areas.

Pets are not allowed on the premises unless they are service animals or prior arrangements have been made with hotel management.

Guests are liable for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly.

7.LIABILITY & SECURITY

The hotel shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings left unattended in guest rooms or public areas. Valuables should be stored in the in-room safe or the hotel's main safe deposit boxes.

The hotel shall not be liable for any injury, illness, or damage to personal property unless it is proven to be due to negligence on the part of the hotel or its employees.

The hotel reserves the right to eject any guest who fails to comply with hotel policies or engages in illegal, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior that compromises the safety and comfort of other guests or staff.

8.PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

The hotel collects and processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. By providing personal information, guests consent to its collection, use, and disclosure as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

Guest information may be used for reservation management, service enhancement, legal compliance, and marketing communications (subject to consent).

9.FORCE MAJEURE

The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, terrorist activities, government regulations, strikes, power outages, or other unforeseen events.

In the event of such circumstances, the hotel reserves the right to modify or cancel reservations without prior notice and will make reasonable efforts to assist guests with alternative arrangements.

10.MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS & CONDITIONS

Chtaura Park Hotel reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

It is the responsibility of the guest to review these terms and conditions periodically for any changes.

11.GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiations. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Beirut, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

12.SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
